برش بتن با استفاده از روش کرگیری

برش یکی از محکم ترین متریال های موجود می باشد که برای برش آن باید از ابزار قدرتمندی استفاده کرد. یکی از روش های برش بتن، روش کر گیری بوده که با استفاده از ابزار خاصی صورت می گیرد. در این روش، دستگاه دارای الماسه هایی بوده که به مغزی موجود در بتن نفوذ می کنند.

در داخل بتن، میلگردهایی وجود دارند که با ورود الماسه به آن ها، از بین می روند. در چنین وضعیتی، الماسه به عمق بتن نفوذ کرده و بتن را برش می زند. البته روش کر گیری می تواند برای سنجش و ارزیابی مقاومت، میزان کشش، میزان خمش، سنجش میزان عمق کربناسیون و غیره نیز مورد استفاده قرار گرفته و بسیار کارا باشد. دستگاه کر گیری دارای ضخامت ۲۰۰ میلی متر و عمق ۱۵۰ سانتی متر خواهد بود.

استفاده از کاتر (کفبر) برای برش بتن

یکی از رایج ترین روش ها استفاده از کاتر یا کفبر برای برش بتن می باشد. برای برش بتن با استفاده از کاتر سه مدل دستگاه برقی، هیدرولیکی و دیزلی وجود دارد. این دستگاه ها دارای دیسک های الماسه هستند که مسئولیت ایجاد انواع مختلفی از برش را روی بتن بر عهده خواهند داشت.

با توجه به اینکه عمق الماسه ها متفاوتن بوده و تا حداکثر ۵۰ سانتی متر می رسد، می تواند شیار های عمیق و مورد نظر افراد را به صورت کامل ایجاد نماید. شیار های ایجاد شده کاملا مستقیم و منظم بوده و می توان به راحتی و به منظور برداشتن آسفالت های تخریب شده کف خیابان از آن ها استفاده کرد.

استفاده از دیواربر (والسا) برای برش بتن

همان طور که از نام دستگاه دیوار بر به نظر می رسد، این دستگاه روی دیوار نصب شده (یا هر سطح عمودی دیگری) و به صورت هیدرولیکی قادر به برش بتن می باشد. در این روش، یک سطح مسطح برای برش در نظر گرفته شده و دقت بالایی برای برش بتن به خرج داده می شود.

در صورتی که پشت بتن آزاد نبوده نمی توان از دستگاه الماسه برای برش استفاده کرد. در چنین وضعیتی، استفاده از دیوار بر به افراد توصیه خواهد شد. به واسطه اینکه نحوه برش زنی به صورت عمودی است، عمق برش با محدودیت مواجه بوده و حدالکثر تا عمق ۴۵ الی ۶ سانتی متر می توان با والسا پیش رفت. به منظور برش زنی با استفاده از دستگاه والسا، ابتدا به دستگاه کر گیر احتیاج داریم. در این جا با استفاده از کر گیر، برای سوراخ کردن محل تلاقی برش ها بوده و سپس دستگاه والسا به انجام برش ها خواهد پرداخت.

استفاده از دستگاه سیم الماسه برای برش بتن

دستگاه سیم الماسه یا دستگاه سیم بتنی یکی از سریع ترین دستگاه ها جهت ایجاد برش های عمیق در بتن می باشد. زمانی که مقطع ما برای برش بتن آنقدر گسترده باشد، ممکن است روند کار کمی زمان بر شود. در چنین حالتی، از دستگاه سیم الماسه استفاده خواهد شد.

برخی از افراد به دنبال برش دادن بتن به صورت قالبی هستند. دستگاه سیم الماسه می تواند به راحتی و با یک عملکرد صحیح به برش قالبی بتن ها بپردازد. برش بتن با سیم الماسه یکی از جدیدترین روش ها برای برش بتن می باشد. البته روند کار در این دستگاه نیز به کمک دستگاه مغزه گیر (کر گیر) امکان پذیر خواهد بود.

از بین بردن بتن با استفاده از روش تخریب

یکی از روش ها برای رفع معایب بتن، تخریب آن بوده که با استفاده از دستگاه تخریب اسپیلتر صورت می پذیرد. در این روش، دستگاه اسپیلتر، قادر است تا مقادیر زیادی نیرو را به بتن وارد کرده و در نهایت کل حجم بتن به کار برده شده را منفجر و تخریب نماید. از این دستگاه همچنین می توان برای تخریب انواع سنگ های سخت و سنگین کمک گرفت.

به منظور تخریب بتن، ابتدا باید حفره ای به عمق ۵۰ سانتی متر را در داخل بتن ایجاد نمود. در این هنگام، باید پایه های دستگاه تخریب گر به صورت کامل و استوار روی سطح محکم شوند تا از لغزش دستگاه جلوگیری شود. سپس دستگاه را روشن می کنیم. دستگاه به صورت هیدرولیکی به بتن یا سنگ نیروی عظیمی وارد کرده و آن را متلاشی خواهد کرد. استفاده از دستگاه تخریب اسپیلتر در تمامی سطوح عمودی، افقی و حتی شیبدار قابل اجرا می باشد. همچنین این دستگاه در آب و اعماق آب نیز قابل استفاده می باشد.

در صورتی که از روش تخریبی استفاده شود، نیروی وارد شده به سایر بخش های سازه نیز وارد شده و منجر به بروز ترک و همچنین کاهش مقاومت سازه در دراز مدت خواهد شد.
استفاده از روش تخریب، صدای مهیبی ایجاد کرده و می تواند منجر به ایجاد آلودگی صوتی و همچنین آزار و اذیت افراد شود.
دقت به کار برده شده در روش تخریب نسبت به روش برش بتن بسیار پایین بوده و ممکن است کار تمیز در نیاید.
سرعت روش تخریب بتن نسبت به روش برش بسیار کندتر بوده و ممکن است از نظر وقت و هزینه برای افراد مناسب نباشد.
