ویژگی های دستگاه برش سنگ قابل حمل

انواع دستگاه های برش سنگ پرتابل، دارای ویژگی های منحصر به فردی می باشند که در زیر به بررسی آنها خواهیم پرداخت:

۱.ابعاد برش سنگ در دستگاه سنگبری قابل حمل چه قدر می باشد؟

طول برش مفید در دستگاه های سنگبری قابل حمل بین ۶۵ سانتیمتر تا ۲۶۰ سانتیمتر می باشند.

موتور قرار داده شده در دستگاه های سنگبری قابل حمل زیر نظر شرکت های زیر مجموعه صد صنعت تولید و دارای کیفیتی قابل توجه و گواهی ایمنی استاندارد، می باشند.

موتور به منظور به چرخش درآوردن تیغه یا دیسک برش، عموما به صورت تک فاز، در دستگاه های برش سنگ قابل حمل قرار داده شده است.

۷.نقاله دستگاه برش سنگ قابل حمل

دستگاه سنگبری قابل حمل لینرگاید

دستگاه های لینرگاید که از آنها با نام SL نیز یاد می شود از جمله محبوب ترین دستگاه های سنگبری قابل حمل موجود در بازار می باشند.

این سری از دستگاه های در مدل های سری صد صنعت SL، سری امگا OL و سری کاوش KL، موجود می باشند.

تفاوت در بین سری SL، OL و KL تنها در ظاهر و متریال آن ها است.

علت نامگذاری این دستگاه ها به دلیل وجود دو ریل لینر در ساختار آن است.

این سری از دستگاه ها دارای ضریب خطای بسیار پایینی و برای برش سنگ هایی با طول زیاد، مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.

دستگاه سنگبری لینرگاید قابل حمل سری OL (امگا)

به طور کلی دستگاه های سری OL مدل پیشرفته شده سری SL است.

در مدل امگا قطعات اضافی حذف شده اند تا کارایی اجزا بیشتر شود.

در دستگاه سنگبری سری OL ریل های لینر به کار رفته نسبت به دستگاه سنگ بری لینرگاید سری صد صنعت تقویت شده اند، جنس آنها از آلیاژ می باشد و مستحکم تر شده اند.

شاسی متحرک فوقانی در سری OL دارای صخامت بیشتری می باشد در نتیجه وزن دستگاه نسبت به دستگاه های سری SL بیشتر می باشد.

وجود گیربکس نیمه اتوماتیک در این سری از دستگاه ها حرکت کلگی را بسیار روان کرده است و در این مدل پایه ها از نوع پایه های نبشی می باشد. مزیت این پایه ها در این است که دستگاه به طور کامل روی زمین مهار می شوند.این پایه ها امنیت کار با این دستگاه افزایش می یابد.
